Each time you are hit, and item will drop from your ship. When you have no items left, you are only one hit away from critical hull breach!

When you die in multiplayer coop, you will be attached to a player who is still alive, but you will be missing your items.
When the player you are in picks them up, you can shoot from the alive player's ship!
