Raised among cadavers, feared by the living, and ignored by her father, Violet has only one place of warmth: the dream world she shares with her best friend. A mysterious sleeping plague takes everything away, forcing Violet to venture where no one dares.

City Dying in Its Sleep

Climb to the rooftops, slide down the alley walls, crawl through underbellies to explore Radwan, a gothic city of many faces that is losing a battle against the plague. Each district, from blue-collar outskirts to dieselpunk industrial zones, suffers in its own way, and some are willing to do whatever it takes to keep their eyes open.

A dynamic sanity system shapes Violet through her actions and decisions she makes. Customize her outfit and lantern to match the transformation. The choice is yours -- will she become a queen of the nightmares or a porcelain doll lost to delusions?

Wield Power of Dreams

Master dream or nightmare abilities, choose distinct skill trees, and develop your own fighting style to slay a diverse roster of enemies, each demanding its own approach. And a dynamic difficulty scaling to match your strength.

Seal Nightmare Rifts

Scattered across the city are nightmare rifts - gateways into the dreams of Radwan’s sleeping. Enter them, fight through what lurks within, seal them to wake the person up. Every closed rift yields rewards that allow you to craft items, preparing VIolet for the next rift. Some rifts are procedurally generated to ensure that every dive into personal nightmares is distinct.

Untangle the truth

Behind the plague lies something more sinister than just nightmares. Unravel an insidious conspiracy to learn the truth behind the plague and if it can be stopped.
