This game features a psychological horror atmosphere alongside first-person violence. Enemies are depicted as nude figures whose appearances suggest they have suffered various forms of abuse. The player engages in combat by shooting and striking these enemies. Additionally, there are depictions of blood and gore—albeit stylized—that can occasionally cover most of the screen. Due to these intense and potentially disturbing themes, this title is recommended for mature audiences only.
