About This Game

The Elementum offers a unique gameplay experience.

As a mage who controls the elements of Water, Air and Fire, you traverse the ruins of a lost civilization and shape both the environment and your enemies through powerful elemental reactions.

Unlike the usual “one key = one skill” combat systems, your spells are cast through input combinations. For example, to launch a fireball you must enter a specific sequence of directions. Every spell feels like a combo; executing the right input at the right time is the key to survival.

LEARN SPELLS, MASTER THE ELEMENTS

• Combine Water, Air and Fire to create powerful elemental reactions:

  • Water + Fire = Vapor

  • Fire + Air = Tornado

  • Water + Air = Freeze

  • Freeze + Fire = Melt

• Catch enemies with the elements they are weak against or use reactions to control the battlefield.

DEEP COMBAT AND MOVEMENT

• Fluid platforming with side movement, jump, double jump and dash.

• Blend spell combos with movement; cast while retreating or finish your combo in mid-air.

• Develop different elemental strategies for different enemy types; there is no single “right” tactic.

RPG ELEMENTS: STATS AND INVENTORY

• Carry items, rings, charms and equipment that grant different bonuses.

• Shift your playstyle towards aggressive, defensive or elemental combo-focused builds.

METROIDVANIA STRUCTURE

• Interconnected regions, locked shortcuts and areas that require you to come back later.

• As you gain new spells and movement abilities, you can reach paths that were previously out of your grasp.
