Miksi Early Access?

Portal Protectors will be in early assess as I finish chapters of the game. It will start with all of chapter 1 released with 5 main missions and 5 side missions. During development we plan 3 chapters will be released with a total of 15 main missions and 15 side missions after the final chapter is released. This time would also allow for feedback from the community for new ideas, balance changes, and more.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

Portal Protectors is expected to be in early assess for 6-12 months after the initial release of the game to finish the other chapters and bug fixes.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

We plan in full release to include all 3 chapters of the game with 10 missions per chapter.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The current state of early access is the first chapter consisting of 5 main missions and 5 side missions along with multiple skill trees for the player to unlock with spells and towers.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

We plan to increase the price slightly after the full release of the game.

Miten yhteisö otetaan mukaan kehitysprosessiin?

I plan to take feedback on the game in the overall feel of the game along with balance changes. I am very open to hearing ideas on how to improve the game. This will primarily take place in the discord server where there are multiple channels to give feedback.

Portal Protectors brings the true fun of tower defense games to VR. Lots of other tower defense games in VR dont take advantage of the platform, but Portal Protectors tries to bridge the gap with intuitive motion controls, gesture based magic, fun swordplay, and great archery all in one to make a creative and skillful experience for players. Portal Protectors focuses more on the player to give greater importance on the players skill in being able to use all available options available to win.
