Miksi Early Access?

Lil 'Airport is starting in Early Access to gather more feedback on balancing and features players want to see. The game is developed by a solo developer which is why every bit of feedback by players is welcome!

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

The plan is to leave early access one year after being published in early access, so in Q2 2025.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

While the early access version at launch includes all basic functionalities (see below), the following features are planned to be added during early access:
  • Allow for multiple screens / layers to skip through to give more space for airport expansion
  • Possibility to found and manage your own airline
  • Implement hiring of different service personnel
  • Implement seasons and weather incl. de-icing services
  • Twitch Chat integration
  • More options to customize Terminals
  • More upgrade possibilites

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The first published early access version includes:
  • Building different tiers of terminals, ATC towers and runway
  • Setting up service buildings such as garages and fuel tanks
  • Three different plane types: small, medium, large
  • Refueling services
  • Emergency services
  • Scheduling commercial flights

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

I consider raising the price of the game once it leaves early access by about 30-50%, depending on how much more quality content I manage to add during early access.

Miten yhteisö otetaan mukaan kehitysprosessiin?

I, the developer, do not anticipate a huge run on the game. This allows me to read any feedback, e.g. in the form of a review or e-mail, which I then can take into account in the further development. My goal is not to make a game played by many, but to make a cute little application beloved by at least a few.
