"Though the main battle mechanics have been honed, Mana Cycle is still in a state of experimentation, and is in the process of many visual upgrades, and even some extra gamemodes. As well as this, the Online play is in it's early stages, and will take a long time to perfect. We want to release this game in early access so we can receive player feedback on balancing, difficulty, and anything else we can improve about the game."

"In the future, we plan to expand online capability, such as with improved matchmaking. We want to keep our core puzzle-party gameplay the same, but do as much as we can in offering additional content and polish to the overall experience."

"There are currently several single-player gamemodes, including a short campaign of levels, endless mode, and CPU opponents to battle. There is also a 1v1 multiplayer gamemode, with local play and limited online play."

"The game will stay free for a while, but we plan to gradually raise the price as we ship new content and features and the game gets a bigger playerbase."
