Varför Early Access?

“Though the main battle mechanics have been honed, Mana Cycle is still in a state of experimentation, and is in the process of many visual upgrades, and even some extra gamemodes. As well as this, the Online play is in it's early stages, and will take a long time to perfect. We want to release this game in early access so we can receive player feedback on balancing, difficulty, and anything else we can improve about the game.”

“If development goes smoothly, this game will likely get a full release in early 2025.”

“In the future, we plan to expand online capability, such as with improved matchmaking. We want to keep our core puzzle-party gameplay the same, but do as much as we can in offering additional content and polish to the overall experience.”

“There are currently several single-player gamemodes, including a short campaign of levels, endless mode, and CPU opponents to battle. There is also a 1v1 multiplayer gamemode, with local play and limited online play.”

Kommer spelet att prissättas annorlunda under och efter Early Access?

“The game will stay free for a while, but we plan to gradually raise the price as we ship new content and features and the game gets a bigger playerbase.”

“We highly value player feedback in making our game more balanced and fun to play. We will also likely start hosting community tournaments when the game gets some traction.
