About This Game

Boss Simulator is a business simulation game with role-playing elements. As a boss, in order to take your secretary to the island and enjoy life as soon as possible, you have to PUA your employees and shape them into overtime machines, making money for you day and night!

Project bonus

After each project is completed, bonuses need to be paid to employees. The more bonuses are given, the greater the probability that employees will acquire positive traits.

Pick-up Artist

Every day, there is an opportunity for individual communication with employees, and the more innovative the language, the greater the probability that employees will remove negative traits.

By adding/removing employee traits, ultimately cultivating employees into overtime machines:
