Overview

Haetae: Guardians is a fantasy action-adventure game set in a reimagined version of Joseon, a historical Korean kingdom from the Middle Ages.

In a world where malevolent spirits have overrun the land, a young prince and Haetae—a mythical creature symbolizing protection and justice in East Asian folklore—must stand together to battle corrupted guardian deities and uncover the source of the chaos.

Haetae, portrayed as a mystical and adorable beast, represents purification and water, and holds the power to cleanse guardian spirits who have fallen into darkness.
