Varför Early Access?

“Psoltrix is a fast-paced game about hunting high scores. Thus, it is important to remove rough edges, so that the only limit is the skill of the player, and not the controls or visual representation. Also, due to the novel game mechanics, it remains to be seen which game modes, scoring system and randomizer are the most fun.
The early access phase is meant to get feedback and suggestions from you, the player. So let's figure out the most fun setups and rules to play this game, together.”

Ungefär hur länge kommer det här spelet att vara i Early Access?

“The game is planned to be released at the end of 2024. However, in the end, the game will be developed on a "it's ready when it's ready"-basis. A release in 2024 is not guaranteed.”

Hur är det tänkt att den fullständiga versionen ska skilja sig från versionen i Early Access?

“The final version is planned to be improved in terms of playability and life-of-convenience features (e.g. more color palettes, more customization options, tweaking of lighting). Also, all parameters that can affect the scoring system (block-falling speed, score system, randomizer, sets of pieces) will be subject to changes during early access and the current version has no online high scores. Furthermore, the menu and UI need more polish.”

“All features listed under "Key Features:" in the "About This Game"-section of the store page are already implemented.”

“A medium-sized price increase is planned before the release of Psoltrix.”
