Counter Clash takes the RTS genre and strips it back to its classic roots, with streamlined city building and troop management, and zero skill trees, enabling you to focus on winning tactical battles across an interconnecting campaign.

EASY TO LEARN, DIFFICULT TO OVERCOME

While featuring streamlined gameplay that newcomers can quickly learn, Counter Clash is anything but a pushover, even for RTS veterans that have commanded armies and conquered empires for decades. While Normal difficulty barely lets up from the opening minutes, and playing the game on Hard challenges you to overcome a seemingly impossible task, learn the ropes and face a more realistic chance of winning in Easy mode.

TRIO OF FACTIONS

Featuring three distinct factions - each with over 30 different unit types, including crossbowmen, chariots, even military-trained cacti and mechanical golems - counter every clash from your rivals' armies, destroy their settlements through strong-arm tactics, or even level up your Hero until they become a one-person, army-vanquishing machine!

• Crusade with the Monceaux, a pious kingdom of valiant knights and warriors. While their versatile troops, strong siege engines, and holy healing ways are easy to learn, they're hard to master.

• Wander with the Fahad, a nomadic culture that harnesses the raw power of the ancient elements. Take to the battlefield with fast, high-damage troops and impactful magics.

• Mechanise with the URA, a republic of scientists and engineers. What they lack in speed and defence, they compensate with tactical superiority and sheer firepower!

AN INTERCONNECTED CAMPAIGN

After selecting your starting faction, set out on a campaign of triumph and conquest as a love letter to the RTS genre. Guide a paranoid king, a lost shaman, and a grumpy general as they rampage over the lands with ever-changing loyalties, until they are forced into an uneasy alliance to overcome an even greater - and deadlier - foe.

• Battle Mode: Create one-off skirmishes against up to three AI-controlled armies, across multiple maps from simple river crossings to rocky hilltops.

• Test Grounds Mode: Test your tactics against armies of any size! Money is no object in Test Grounds, so build up your - and your enemy's - forces, and let combat commence in battles with endless possibilities.
