A játékról



Outergleam is a 2D adventure game currently in development. You play as a gate guardian, a mystical being that travels the astral realms to make sure spirits complete their journey to the afterlife. You will explore mysterious environments, talk to mystic beings, and redeem powerful enemies who will help you on your quest to complete your training, and save the astral realms.

TRAVEL TO DIFFERENT REALMS


From the central hub world, you will be able to travel to any level that you have unlocked during the main story progression. Each level has a different theme, and contains the characters, secrets, and lore you need to help you complete your quest.

DESCEND INTO SHADOW


Each level in Outergleam has two sides: a realm of light, and a realm of shadow. You must travel between the realms of light and shadow in order to complete each level, and fulfill each stage in your training to becoming a full gate guardian.

TRAIN AND GROW


Over the course of your adventure, you will be able to speak to and learn from other gate guardians, spirits, mystic beings, and more in order to learn the skills you need to advance your training. As you progress you will learn new magic abilities, and gain access to hidden knowledge to help you advance through the challenges you face.
