"The greatest infection in the world is love."

Gaylord took that phrase very seriously when, during his wedding, a giant syringe interrupted the ceremony and abducted all his friends and his fiancée, Zoe...

"A small infection in a needle" - the doctors said... but they had no idea what a true SIMP could do.



Travel throughout the human body, annihilating hordes of enemies and overcoming normal obstacles and traps. A leg? An eye? The rectum? Of course!

Additionally, the obstacles in some maps are dynamically generated, so each game will be different.



Face numerous enemies, from simple Slimes, macrophages, and proteins to a dangerous tapeworm! Over 20 different enemies, each with their own attack and strategy.



Enjoy over 50 weapons, 30 items, and 10 different buildings to customize your build and destroy the human body!

  • Fast-paced and frenetic matches that keep the adrenaline pumping!
  • Collect DNA to acquire weapons and upgrades between waves.
  • Find chests and keys during waves to acquire instant powerups and weapons
  • Build your base from the ground and experiment with different structures

  • Utilize each character's unique abilities to gain a strategic advantage.
  • Face off against a variety of relentless enemies and bosses that will test your skills.
  • Enjoy a wide selection of music while unleashing chaos within the human body!
