Why Early Access?

“SIMP (Super Infection Massive Pathology) is a video game developed as a hobby without external funding. Since the main mechanics of the game have been completed and only additional content remains to be added, we decided to offer the game as Early Access to receive feedback from the community and motivation to add the missing content.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We have many ideas to add to the game, including game modes, weapons, unlockable characters, and new abilities. We would also like to add the possibility of playing with two people on the same PC.

We estimate that 2 years would be a realistic timeframe to implement the majority of our ideas.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“SIMP is a game with dynamic content, not only in the amount of weapons, skills, characters and unlockables, but also in game modes and maps.

Our intention is to expand all these concepts and include functionality so that two players can play on the same PC sharing keyboard or controller.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The core mechanics of the video game are completed. We have a 15-wave gameplay mode that offers a fair challenge and is highly replayable, along with a solid arsenal of weapons, stats, enemies, and songs.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to gradually increase the price as we add new content, but we will make sure that the final price is as accessible as possible for all regions.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We would like to receive proposals and suggestions to improve our game through the Steam community system.
