You need to earn money, improve your relationships with people, take care of your health and improve your charisma in order to make John happy on Bozca Island.
To improve your relationships with people you can focus on their interests, talk to them and give them gifts.
To make money, follow advertisements, buy, sell or rent houses. Do sports, read books, take care of your clothes to improve your charisma.
It's up to you to make John happy.
