„WATTGAMES was born of an innovative idea to make indoor cycling more fun, and we understand that to create a completely new game with a new concept it is important to keep fine-tuning it based on feedback from our players.

We intend WATTGAMES to be a tool to serve our players and be as much shaped by their feedback as our original vision.

In order to collect feedback on these elements and grow the game into one that everyone can enjoy, we believe that feedback from everyone in the community is necessary.

Therefore, we have decided to release WATTGAMES into Early Access.

Please lend us your support so that we can make WATTGAMES the best it can be.“

„We plan to improve the quality of the game by making various improvements throughout Early Access until at least 6 base Missions are complete. We expect this to take at least 6 months.

During Early Access, we will update the game with the intention of completing the Development Shortlist, actively adding content and improving WATTGAMES systems.

Depending on the progress of development, we may consider extending Early Access, or if we are satisfied with the state of the game, officially releasing the game.“

Jak se bude plná verze lišit od předběžného přístupu?

„We plan to continue to improve WATTGAMES systems and reach at least 3 Missions. The full version will include at least 6 Missions together with more enhanced backend systems such as leaderboards and achievements.

We are also considering incorporating entirely new game systems and Missions based on player feedback and ideas. Please note that network play is on the WATTGAMES development longlist and may not come under the scope of Season 1. However, WATTGAMES is committed to being as accessible as possible and we will endeavour to“

„All core systems including bicycle physics and the WG Peloton System are in final production review. Bluetooth connectivity has undergone refactoring and now includes control point writing for FTMS control-enabled trainers.

The entirety of the Mission 1 - Ithica Meadowlands is also complete.“

„The price of the game will increase at or closer to the official release.“

„We're asking for your feedback in a variety of places, including the Steam forums, on our Discord and other social networking sites.

We also hope that the community will be a great place for players to interact with other players who are enjoying WATTGAMES.

We believe that WATTGAMES is a game that the development team and the players will work together to create.

Based on discussions within the community, we plan to actively implement content and system improvements that were not planned at the beginning of development but that the indoor cycling community have already been requesting.
