Technology transfer

One of the key features of this game is the ability to transfer technology, accelerating the natural development of local residents. For example, by teaching the art of making steel things, we will be able to hire stronger warriors armed with sharp swords. On the other hand, the sooner the locals create their first atomic bomb, the worse it will be for us, right?
