«We are a small team with limited resources, especially when it comes to testing and QA. We will not be able to release a game that really fulfills the promises of a full release without the help of a dedicated community. At the same time, we do want to show what we are building and allow Players to actively shape the future of our development. Therefore, it is the perfect way for us to try and deliver the best version of Kiosk Simulator.»

Hvor lenge antas det at dette spillet vil være i tidlig tilgang?

«We plan to keep Kiosk Simulator in Early Access for a maximum of 6 months after release. We want to bring the game to a fully functional and well polished state by the end of early access.»

Hvordan er det planlagt at fullversjonen skal være forskjellig fra versjonen i tidlig tilgang?

«We want to allow you, the player, to actively shape the development of Kiosk Simulator. So listening to feedback is crucial for us. At the same time, we as a team have a vision for what the game should be, and therefore we want to meet at a healthy middle ground by the end of early access. We plan to offer the full management experience, which includes running the Kiosk and upgrading the different parts of the shop and services for the full version of Kiosk Simulator . In addition we aim to have the fighting system fully implemented, with some minor upgrades available for the player. The game is supposed to be technically finished, with all major bugs fixed, including Online Multiplayer in a completely functional state.»

Hva er nåværende tilstand for versjonen i tidlig tilgang?

«We currently have all core gameplay systems implemented and functional. This includes running the store (ordering, restocking, selling, cleaning) and the fighting system. Next up for us is implementing a rewarding progression system and balancing out the game. Multiplayer is working at its core, but needs a lot more further testing to be robust. Content wise, there is still a lot planned for the base game. Therefore there are many more items and mechanics planned to be added in the coming months»

Vil spillet være priset annerledes under og etter tidlig tilgang?

«Yes, the full release will be slightly more expensive. We want to appreciate the players that invested time and effort into improving the game with us. One part of that is offering them the game at a cheaper price. In addition, the game will be more stable and have more content at full release, making it a better game that should be valued in some form.»

Hvordan planlegger dere å involvere samfunnet i utviklingsprosessen?

«We want to establish regular development streams, where we can share how we work on Kiosk Simulator. This gives the community a direct access channel to us as a team, and creates a healthy form of communication. In addition, we will of course launch a discord server for more structured and streamlined exchanges»
