「Shouldermen is a passion project from a sole developer working in his spare time. Given how limited this spare time is lately, I anticipate the game will be in Early Access for approximately two years. This extended period will allow time to integrate community feedback and evolve the gameplay mechanics.」

正式版預計會與搶先體驗版有何不同？

「The full version is planned to include a better voice recognition engine. As well we would like to eventually generate voices on the local PC instead of using a remote service. We also plan to add a more developed back story so that players can try to solve the mystery of who captured the Shouldermen. Our priorities during development will be guided by community feedback.」

搶先體驗版目前的開發進度如何？

「The early access version is currently missing the back story that explains who captured the Shouldermen. All the features mentioned in ABOUT THIS GAME are present.」

「During Early Access, the game is offered at a lower price, acknowledging players' contributions through feedback and development involvement. However, as server hosting and ongoing development costs are significant, the price will increase after the full release. This adjustment reflects the need to recoup our investment in providing a stable and engaging gaming environment. Early Access players benefit from a reduced cost while actively participating in shaping the game's future.」

「In the development of Shouldermen, community involvement is key. We plan to actively engage with our players through forums, social media, and reviewing in-game dialog. By closely monitoring player responses and discussions, we can adapt and evolve the game in a way that aligns with the community's expectations and experiences.」
