P.S. Yes, it is most likely I was murdered by someone in the town. I suspect you may befall a similar fate, lest you can discover my murderer by Hallowe’en.

Serve your customers their daily cuppa and treat at The Tearoom, but be aware… Sometimes you may be asked to provide morally questionable assistance to accomplish their dubious deeds.

• Blend & Bake: Customers want their cup of tea accompanied by the perfect bite. Combine ingredients to discover a variety of recipes that, if served correctly, can unlock secrets, lead customers down a dark path, or, in rare cases, kill them. 

• Support or Thwart: Will you help your customers poison their enemies? Scare off their governess? Gather sacrificial offerings to save the town from DOOM?! The choice is yours, but be warned, for so are the consequences. 

• Build Your Collection: When your aunt passed, her “special collection” of ingredients disappeared. Now, with the aid of the townsfolk, you must rebuild it while avoiding the suspicion of the new police officer in town.

• Be Cordial & Immoral: This town is inhabited by those who consider themselves of the odd and macabre. Leave your preconceived notion of what is “moral” behind, make friends, enemies, and have a rendezvous if that suits you.

• But also... Trust No One: Death is not often questioned in this town. However, with The Police Officer’s arrival to investigate your aunt’s murder, the townsfolk sense someone wants to change their ways. Uncover your aunt’s murderer, and perhaps you’ll find the informant too.

An heiress who never leaves her estate without her stiletto, a hanged one who sees everything from a unique perspective, an opera singer tarnished by an experimental record, and a governess who must save the children…!

Every year, The Dowager hosts a grand ball that showcases the artistic, scientific, and terrorific accomplishments of the town for Hallowe’en. The townsfolk put considerable effort into the preparations for the ball, and in doing so, the weeks leading up to the big event are often more… unprincipled… than usual. As proprietor, you are now part of the Hallowe’en tradition and play a key role in deciding the fate of the ball. In fact, there are rumblings that the mayor may be hosting a competing event this year.
