The genre of "You are a chat AI" is a conversation simulation.

There is no real AI used, and players role-play the chat AI. The player acts as a chat AI, and the game progresses by talking with various people (NPCs) in the in-game chat room.
The interesting thing about this game is that players who are normally in the position of using the chat AI can experience being used in the opposite way.

What you can do with this game is "conversation" and "learning." Conversation takes place in the form of multiple choice choices. However, the player, who is a chat AI, can only choose words that have been "learned." (That's the setting). "Learning" means memorizing unknown words that come up in conversations.
