«Our plans for Gates of Yomi consist of many unique features that would be difficult for us to create without interaction with our players. With the Early Access approach, we hope to get direct feedback from our players and create a better experience for the game.»

«Our aim is to complete our game and fully release it in roughly a year. Though, this may vary as we continue to develop the game and receive more feedbacks from our players.»

«We plan to fully flesh out our rosters of playable characters and Gods with unique pacts, and abilities. The amount of maps and corresponding enemy types will be expanded accordingly for a better progression and replayability value. We will work alongside with our players and improve the meta progression and balancing through their feedbacks. Overall, we want polish our game for a better player experience with the help of this Early Access.»

Який поточний стан версії для дочасного доступу?

«The Early Access release will have at least 5 playable characters with unique abilities and at least 3 gods with special pacts that can further enhance the experience of every runs. There will be at least 1 map available with various enemy types and bosses from Japanese folklores. Players can complete challenges every run and collect coins to permanently unlock new upgrades and abilities to survive longer every run.»

«For the Early Access, the game will be released at a lower price. For our full release, we will adjust our price accordingly to match the amount of content we will provide. However, we have no plans to significantly raise the price for the full release.»

Як ви плануєте залучати спільноту до розробки гри?

«We are excited to be in touch with our community and listen to their feedback and other discussion throughout the development process via Discord and Steam Forum. We will create polls, surveys and stay engaged with the players about the current content, balancing concerns, and future updates. We hope to create a game that can make our players happy and the feedback from our players during early access will greatly help us to achieve our goal.»

A living being has no business in the land of the dead. Gather mystical items and spells to fight your way through the endless horde of haunting spirits and yokai.

Powerful creatures will stand in your way as you disrupt their territory. Defeat the legendary yokai of each zone to go deeper where you will face stronger threats until you reach the very depth of this barren land.

RECEIVES BLESSING FROM THE DEITIES OF TAKAMAGAHARA

Prove your strength and valor in combat to earn favors and receive blessings from the great deities of the Shinto pantheon. You will earn great power with the help from the high heaven to venture deeper into Yomi.
