Iz: Journey through the world of Turkic legends

Iz is an 2D pixel RPG with adventure elements that immerses players in a world based on Turkic myths and fairy tales. Set in the Kazakh steppes of the 15th century, this game tells the story of a brave girl, Bayan, who embarks on a dangerous adventure to rescue her little sister, who has been kidnapped by an evil creature.

Bayan, the main character, faces a serious challenge when her sister falls victim to dark forces of the steppes. Armed with ancient talismans and the power of music, Bayan sets out in search of her sister, ready to confront the darkness.

The player will use different talismans, artifacts and musical instruments on his journey. After all, in Turkic culture it has long been believed that the shankobyz musical instrument has magical powers and scares away evil spirits. There was also a belief in the power of talismans: silver was used against poisons, and owl feathers protected against evil spirits.

Explore the world of the Kazakh steppes, full of secrets and dangers. Meet characters from Turkic myths, both helpers and enemies. Fight against demonic creatures such as Zhalmauyz, an evil ancient crone with monstrous strength, and meet unusual allies like Zhelayak, a fleet-footed guy who wields the power of the wind.
