About This Game

WARLANCER - Armored Survivor is a top down survivor shooter that blends elements of survivor shooter and bullet hell games with a weapon system that focuses on synergy between different weapon types. Players can specify weapon connections in a loadout system that allows other weapons to be fired on hit.

Players can upgrade a selection of weapons of built into their mech in a manner similar to regular survivor games. They can then augment those with randomly generated weapons bought from shops once they have generated enough credits from completing map objectives. By nesting different weapons within each other, players can create a large variety of weapon behaviours between playthroughs.

With this system we have sought to thread the line between player driven build choices and randomly generated weapon variety.

The game is still in its proof of concept stage and we hope to drive its development with player feedback.
