Horror Party Game 'Spectral Scream' is an online cooperative horror game that can be enjoyed by 1 to 4 players. You become the guardian of the space between the living and the dead, known as the 'Purgatory', and your goal is to retrieve the scattered cores of the Purgatory to restore its stability.

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We have plans to add more features, characters, interactions, and maps; however, there may be potential adjustments depending on the situation after the Early Access release. Most importantly, as the user experience is our top priority, we will actively incorporate feedback to ensure users can have diverse experiences. We also have plans to address any bugs discovered during the trial period, enhance game convenience, and introduce user-friendly features.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game currently consists of three chapters, with random ghost appearances in each chapter. These chapters are designed with various themes, and while map selection is not available, different methods to exorcise ghosts based on their concepts will be introduced, along with additional maps and ghosts of different themes during the early access period.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The pricing may change depending on the addition of new content. However, we will adequately notify users before any price adjustments.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“One crucial aspect for us is the flexibility to modify ghost appearances, map themes, and items based on user feedback. Your feedback can be shared on Discord and the Steam community.

  • In May 2024, the gates of Purgatory, the space between the living and the dead, will open.
    Guardians of Purgatory must gather coins or purchase items to fend off the creatures disrupting Purgatory.
    Do not hesitate to face the new horror.






  • You must confront the creatures disrupting the Purgatory.
  • The rewards increase as you seal off the gates of Purgatory,
    but stronger creatures and complex spaces await you.
  • Ghosts can threaten you anytime, anywhere.






  • You can enjoy online multiplayer with up to 4 friends.
  • The adventures in Purgatory are more dangerous than you think.
  • Working together with your friends will ensure freedom from the creatures’ attacks.
  • Though everyone may have a plan, isn’t the presence of variables inevitable?






  • Even if the creatures kill you, the adventure does not end.
  • With the help of friends, you can survive, and there are opportunities to revive yourself.
  • If you spare no effort to restore the stability of Purgatory,
    you can embark on the adventure at any moment.






  • Collect the coins scattered in Purgatory.
  • You can purchase useful items from merchants with the collected coins.
  • You must judge which items will be helpful among those
    that can confront creatures and revive teammates from death.
