“Chamberflame has a solid foundation and gameplay loop, but I want to hear player feedback on what is fun, and what isn't. Expect to play a challenging rogue-lite game through 4 biomes, with lots of unique upgrades, weapons, enemies, and run variety. Expect there to be gameplay/balance changes throughout development.”

Each run is different from the last, featuring randomly generated levels, artifacts, and pseudo-random guns. Artifacts are at the center of how this game is played. Without good synergies between your character, guns, and artifacts, you will probably die.

Remember, death is just part of the journey.

-Syngergize Artifacts-



  • Upgrade your run with unique, run-defining artifacts. Experiment to find possibly game-breaking synergies. These artifacts are stackable and essential if you want to survive.
  • Look out for guns that work well with the artifacts you pick up. For example, the artifact "Icicle" makes every bullet shatter into shards of ice, which works well with the large bullet count from shotguns.

  • Every gun you find will have random stats. The higher the rarity, the more the stats will change. Some guns synergize very well with certain artifacts, try to experiment to find them out.
