Varför Early Access?

“This game has been in development for awhile now. My goal with Early Access is to have a growing community come and help give feedback and suggestions that can help make the game better. I believe in balance and I'm open to hearing peoples feedback.”

Ungefär hur länge kommer det här spelet att vara i Early Access?

“To tell the truth here, I'm not entirely sure how long CYBER-ASSASSIN will be in early access. My goal is to stay in early access for at least a year and a half to perhaps two years. I'll keep listening to feedback and keep polishing and refining the game to the core experience of the game.”

Hur är det tänkt att den fullständiga versionen ska skilja sig från versionen i Early Access?

“There will be many things that I plan on polishing and refining such as polished animations, pre-rendered cutscenes being replaced with in-engine cutscenes, more complex melee combat, more options for weapons, able to use gadgets, and many more!”

Hur är det nuvarande läget i versionen med Early Access?

“The current state right now is, currently building every level bit by bit. I only got a few enemies and right now the majority of combo moves are unlocked for testing sake. The Animations need refinement such as adding a backwards walk animation for the shooter mode, and while you can collect XP, you cant use it for anything - further updates will include an upgrade menu in which you can use your XP to upgrade weapons and/or your armor. You also cant use controller in any of the menus.”

Kommer spelet att prissättas annorlunda under och efter Early Access?

“Right now the game in early access is free. The final release will probably be around $15-20, depending on the end result of the game.”

Hur planerar ni att involvera gemenskapen i er utvecklingsprocess?

“I am planning on using this as an opportunity to get feedback, including suggestions to make the game more fun and more fluid. Bug reporting, and using surveys. I have a discord server in which members can use the cyber-feedback channel to express their thoughts and opinions and what can stay, what should be improved, what can be fixed, and so on.”

CYBER-ASSASSIN™ is an action packed third-person game currently in development by solo developer -CyberWave-, combining hack and slash with shooter mechanics. Join the assassin himself in an epic single player campaign set in a dark, futuristic world where science fiction meets the gritty edge of cyberpunk.

The Ultimate Killing Machine

Once a skilled soldier, a man is transformed into a cybernetic assassin known as X01 after undergoing brutal experiments conducted by the powerful corporation, Zenith. In a twist of fate, he breaks free from their control and sets out to destroy those who turned him into a weapon. With his memories erased by the experiments, X01 is driven not only by a thirst for vengeance but also by a desire to uncover the secrets of his lost past and expose the dark truths behind Zenith.

Gameplay

This game combines hack-and-slash combat with tactical shooter gameplay. Engage in intense, close-quarters combat, where you can perform combos, unlock new skills, and execute brutal kills to replenish your health. When the fight moves to a distance, switch to a tactical shooter style, with a diverse arsenal of weapons to choose from, helping you even the odds against your enemies.
