Miksi Early Access?

Feedback from the community on the early builds played a crucial role in refining the game. Releasing the game in early access will give us the chance to gather even more feedback and make it even better!

We're planning to release the full version of the visual novel in at least a year. The exact date will be announced as we get closer to the end of development.

In the full version, we plan to have 6 main storyline episodes.

In the first version, Episode 1 - "The Housewarming" will be available. You can always find detailed information in the "About this game" section.

The game is currently free and plans to remain so for the foreseeable future.

A slice-of-life visual novel with an unusual plot. Befriend your new neighbors and try to get along with them!



Lena is an ordinary freelance designer who finally decides to move out of her parents' house into a mortgage-bought apartment. However, as soon as she crosses the threshold, strange things start happening – mysterious reflections in the mirror, groceries ending up in the trash...

It seems there's more to it than meets the eye. But what exactly is happening? You'll need to figure it out quickly before you run out of money for replacing all the broken light bulbs...



Series format - each episode can be played in chronological order or individually;

Interactive elements - interact with objects and move around the apartment;

Real-life helper - the journal helps you deal with adult life challenges like paying utilities, obtaining necessary documents, and other grown-up problems;

Numerous plot illustrations for every amusing (and not so amusing) situation;

Russian amateur voice acting by people passionate about the project;

And, of course, jokes about the mortgage!

The backgrounds were generated using neural networks such as NijiJourney, LeonardoAI, and PlaygroundAI with some minor post-processing. The characters and storyline art were drawn by artists.
