Longing for the Deep

Long ago, people lived underwater. Until Su, the life-giving spirit of the sea, cast them out for their betrayal. Now, people are cursed to walk on the surface, unable to reach below it. Yet the sea reaches out, taking and giving as it sees fit.

Coming of Age

With the sudden loss of her family, Hedi must find her place in the world. Her estranged grandmother and a curious fish pull her in separate directions as she tries to deal with her grief.

Smooth Sailing

A trusty kite enables smooth and responsive movements. As Hedi, you can surf, jump, and glide across both beautiful scenery and troubled waters.



A Rich World

Life unfolds all around Hedi's home. Day by day, new creatures appear and, by observing and communicating with them, Hedi can learn about the sea and her place in it. Likewise, villagers come and go, bringing their stories and troubles.
