Using your sharp investigative skills, gather evidence and build a case to bring justice to the troubled city and restore order to the once peaceful streets of Buruwasu.

The main story unfolds in Buruwasu, where every alley hides whispers and every storefront masks tension.

Investigate crime scenes. Press citizens for information. Track inconsistencies. Piece together evidence. The deeper you go, the more dangerous the truth becomes.

This isn’t about being a hero.

It’s about deciding what kind of man you are when the streets demand blood.

Beyond the Main Case

The world extends beyond Buruwasu.

Travel to Ichihara, Konan, Yokyohama, and Nagasegai for optional side content, underground dealings, and personal stories that reveal the wider criminal landscape.

Over 100 side quests expand the world — from street disputes and debt collections to hidden conflicts that never make the news.

Not every fight is part of the main story.

But every fight leaves a mark.
