Practice and test your kanji knowledge! Drag and drop components to form the right kanji in the right place. While you learn, you help an overweight buffoon cheat his way through his first official sumo match! Some knowledge of Japanese language is required to play.

關於此遊戲

This is a game for anyone who studies Japanese, or did so long ago. Some kanji have been split up into their components, and you have to put them back together. Drag and drop the components to play, and pick up some language along the way!

Possible side effects of playing:
  • Learning new kanji!
  • Be humbled at what you've forgotten
  • Double your excitement about studying Japanese
  • Signing up for your local sumo club

Features:
  • 4 difficulty levels that roughly correspond with levels N4, N3, N2, N1 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT)
  • a branching story with different endings: what weapon will you pick?
  • a spaced repetition system that chooses the next kanji challenge based on your mistakes so far
  • does not waste your time
  • beautiful hand-drawn art by Wenyi Geng

Note: the game assumes at least beginner knowledge of Japanese language. Specifically, JLPT level N4 is recommended for an enjoyable experience. This game is not good at teaching you the basics.
