« I would like to develop significantly more to Bar, and in order to do so, I need to receive feedback from the community about the game to see if they enjoy the direction it is headed. »

« Assuming that Bar receives some amount of support, I would say that the game would be in early access for roughly 8-12 months. »

« For the full version of the game, I effectively want to add onto progression and make the game playable for an incredible amount of time while still giving players the satisfaction of moving forward. The main difference will be that the full game will be longer and more full of content. »

« Bar currently is releasing into Early Access as an Alpha. Bar's current gameplay includes the entire gameplay loop that the full game would have. This includes an incremental playstyle with rogue-like mechanics, class-based gameplay, permanent gameplay upgrades to progress further in your runs, and a few encounters with rogue entities. »

Le prix du jeu sera-t-il différent pendant et après l'accès anticipé ?

« I would like to keep the price the same (outside of sales) for the most of development. However, if I am given the support to add so much content to the game that it near triples the initial early access release content, I may think about increasing price to be able to support more development. »

« I want to keep the community as updated on development as possible so I can build an excellent game that both I and the community love. The community will help me understand what people like about the game and what to do more of and what to do less of. The community will also be a great help in finding game bugs, unintended interactions, and getting a better grasp on the game's balancing. »

Bar is an incremental game where you only have a single goal. Fill the bar. The way that this is done, however, differs drastically depending on the approach of the player. Choose widgets that fill the bar in unique ways. Whether it be a button that can be pressed, a lever that can be pulled, or an unstable device that fries electronics, there are many choices on how to fill the bar. However, the more bars that you complete, the more difficult they become to fill. Upgrade your widgets and customize them with attachments to keep up with the bar. Once it is no longer possible to fill the bar, you can claim the rewards of filling bars and empower your bar-filling abilities on your next run! Cleanse the maroon.
