„It is our belief that a game cannot reach its full potential without the involvement of its eventual player base. Therefore, it is vital for us to involve you in our development of Landraisers to ensure we create a product you enjoy, and one we can be proud of!

Additonally, being diverse in nature, it is near-impossible for a small team to test every facet of content and every play-style and how they interact with one another. A varied player base will allow us to identify and fix problems that may have slipped through to the final product had we not had your input!

„The goal is to keep Landraisers in Early Access for between 6 and 12 months.

However, if we are not happy with the state of the game we would of course delay this to perfection, notifying you of our decisions and providing accurate estimates where applicable.

Similarly, an earlier launch is also possible if we deem the game to be release-worthy!“

„We plan to place a heavy focus on player feedback, adding extra content and designing new systems where necessary to ensure the best possible end-product.

This would contain, but not be limited to, new island types, bosses, building content, and combat enhancements.

Additionally, in the latter stages of Early Access development, multiplayer would be added to enable you to explore together!“

„All of the core functionality is there - the game has 7 island types, over 250 items, numerous options for base building, and 3 fully functional bosses for you to test your mettle against! A full playthrough will take you roughly between 2 and 10 hours, depending on your knowledge and where your priorities lie!

There will be bugs, there will be missing audio, and some systems may not be the most user-friendly - but we've done our best to make it a product worth playing from Day 1 of Early Access release.“

„Early Access pricing will be slightly discounted compared to the Full Release. We understand we are offering an incomplete product, and therefore it wouldn't feel right to charge complete prices! All price changes will be announced plenty of time before they take effect.“

„Our main method of Community interaction will be via the Aarjvark Discord Server. There are dedicated Landraisers channels there to enable easy discussions!

Community feedback will be vitally important to our creative process from Day 1 of Early Access Release. Our ears are wide open for any suggestions (no matter how wacky!), and discussions and/or polls will take place to ensure we are developing a product that suits the majority of our player base.

We also hope that Community Discussions will provide useful insights on existing systems and allow us to make user-friendly and accessibility changes to allow as many people as possible to enjoy Landraisers!“
