This game is meant for adult audiences who can distinguish between facts and fiction. The characters depicted in this game are 18 and older, all sexual depictions are consensual.

It's an overall humorous story, but with strong adult themes no shy of: corruption, lies, drug & alcohol use, physical violence. It features extended explicit depictions of sexual acts between consenting adults, but in fringe situations such as in front of others, in forbidden places etc.

It contains symbols (setting, furniture) and garments that might indicate certain religious beliefes, but they are not explicitly mentioned neither central to the story.

The final episode of the series. While Ep. 1 and 2 contained an introduction and rising action, this final installment has the highest point of tension in the storyline, where the MC faces the truth and makes an important choice (building a harem around his landlady, her daughters, and female neighbors).

Milfvania tells the story of a young guy who got into trouble because of a girl (Julie) recruited for an amateur porn video. As a result, his father tells him it's better to move abroad. he had to move abroad, somewhere in post-Soviet Europe. There he met his landlady (Lidia) and her two daughters. But soon after, Julie follows him, and all the wicked and devilish things she does will turn out for the best.

Episodes can be played in any order, as they each encapsulate fantasies on their own.
