Why Early Access?

“We are doing an early access build to be able to collect feedback from our players which will lead to guiding the development of our game.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We are aiming for having the game in early access for about 12 months. These time lines may change depending on development hurdles. We do however not anticipate the timeline to change too much.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

Along with the potentially upcoming ideas from feedback our roadmap for how the final version will play is:


Server picks a random spawn point in the world.

Player finds a suitable location to setup initial base (Shopkeeper spawns at initial point)

Day/Night cycle will exist where day will be the initial time to loot bunkers, build defences.

Night time, horde of AI(Followed by concept from Jonathan), to always know where player is and shopkeeper. In order to hunt down.

Wave based system, with incrementing numbers of AIs

When first night has been survived, player will go out to loot bunkers for objects to sell to increase playability with engineering.

When enough money is available, player buys blueprints in order to get knowledge to engineer more constructions such as upgrades, turrets etc.

If player dies during night, respawn timer kicks in unless shopkeeper dies.

If Shopkeeper dies, game is lost. Restart.

Included in our "Parking lot" (additions we are talking about adding) we have these items:


Level up
Armor
Rogue like combat during day
Talents regarding engineering?
Unreachable areas until you have looted enough resources to build a bridge there
Proximity chat
Voice Capture
Save/Load feature
Player Upgrades --> Start with backpack of example 15 slots, and a finite torch that can later be upgraded into inifinte torch and backpack. When saving and loading, these upgrades and the current base/wave should be as it was when last viewed if host saved game.

There's more than just looks to take into account when planning your build, or don't, going down in style is also a valid way to play our game.

Plan the best way to use your resources you got from selling your stolen treasures and prioritize which defences you need for the incoming nightly horde of monsters, strategically place down barriers, traps and turrets to defend your base, and if worse comes to worst, arm yourself with a sword and shield and stand at the ready for you final stand.



Prepare yourself to enter the abyss of the deepest dungeons. While exploring the dungeons, you will encounter enemies uniquely dangerous in different ways which you will have to learn to avoid and exploit if you want to survive to the deepest parts of the dungeons where the most valuable of treasures are protected.
A lot inside the dungeon that is found will be of value, and the deeper you get into the dungeon the more valuable treasures. You must make the strategic choice to either go safe and fill your hands with the less valuable, less guarded treasures in the first levels of the dungeon, or ignore those petty gems and risk diving deep into the dungeon for a better payoff. Do prepare yourself for the consequences that follows of taking these treasures though, it upsets the monsters and the more you manage to steal from them, the harder they will retaliate at nightfall.



With the endless abyss of the dungeon, don't be fooled to think there will only be the same types of monsters. You will often face challenging situations, especially the boss fights. (We are currently working hard on implementing all the unique monsters we have drafted, but all of them will not be implemented in the early access of the game).

With the unique collections of monsters that will appear, from cowardly monsters that only attack when they outnumber you and prefer to throw stuff at you and try and steal your equipment and treasures, to scary stalkers climbing the dungeon roofs trying to fool you by mimicking your friends voice and striking when it has you exactly where it wants you to be, we ensure a thrilling experience.



As the day progresses, you have to prepare yourself for the night. The ever emerging horde of monsters will not let you rest. If you are plundering their home, it is also their chance now to plunder yours. Defend yourself as good as possible, because the horde will not leave you alone during the night.
