Join Nothik the angry teenager, Fen the town bully, Weirden the... weird, Frau the suddenly-appearing, and a really confused turtle as they navigate a dying world.

Key features:

• A new take on turn-based combat with combo attacks. Hit an enemy with Pollinate and use it to spread Fireball to every enemy! Almost every ability has a specific use.
  
• Enemies appear in the game world. No random encounters!
  
• Find Runes to teach characters new abilities. Runes may also teach class-specific Tech abilities.
  
• Socket gems you find into your gear for simple stat bonuses or build-defining powers.
  
• Find crystals to change your gear permanently (upgrade rarity, add new powers, add sockets, etc.).
  
• Find shrines throughout the game world with special powers not found on normal items.
  
• Upgrade your gear with Sacrifice Shrines. No need to find/buy new stuff!
  
• Customize your characters with Class Shrines.
  
• Discover limited-use non-combat abilities, such as dashing and jumping.
  
• Learn the ancient history of this dying world in chests, statues, monuments, and anything else you might find.

Backstory

The story of Nothik and friends takes place a long time ago on a small island town. Nothik has made it his life's mission to find his missing father inside barrels around town. Why barrels? He refuses to answer this question.

Nothik suffers from dreams of a god that has named itself Annihilus. Town folklore mentions a "dark" god and a "light" god. Nothik assumes this is the dark god. Meanwhile, the island is gradually losing self-sufficiency due to failing support systems, diminishing food, dying plants, a shrinking population, an increasing number of monsters, and the appearance of growing sinkholes that threaten to swallow the whole island.

But this is not just the story of a town. It's also a story of people, man and god alike, who don't (or at least won't) accept the world around them.



Join Nothik. Fight against the chaos of an angry God. Shape the world as it ends. Perhaps something new will come out the other side.
