The Ward is a first-person narrative horror game where nothing is as it seems. Explore a world that looks familiar at first glance but reveals grotesque truths the deeper you wander.

Investigate shifting alleys, abandoned corridors, and surreal spaces that twist between the mundane and the nightmarish. Along the way, you’ll encounter unsettling characters—some who offer guidance, others who conceal darker motives.

But beware: the world is not without danger. Certain stealth horror sections put you face-to-face with lurking terrors. Fail to escape, and one of the world’s inhabitants may vanish forever—altering the story and changing who remains to meet you.

Your choices shape how events unfold: who you trust, what paths you take, and how the story ultimately ends. No two playthroughs feel the same.
