“We're launching our RPG into Early Access on Steam to invite player feedback for fine-tuning our innovative features. This game introduces several unique features that, while carefully crafted, could benefit from real-world user testing to achieve fine-tuning and balance. This hands-on feedback will not only assist in rectifying any unforeseen issues but also help us understand if our creative direction aligns with player expectations and enjoyment. This is an essential part of our development process to create an engaging and enjoyable RPG.”

Hvor lang tid vil dette spil være i tidlig adgang?

“We plan to have the game in early access until we are satisfied with our 1.0 product and the amount of features available to our players. Roughly 6-12 months.”

Hvorledes kommer den fulde version til at være anderledes end produktet i tidlig adgang?

“The full version of the game will include more NPCs to interact with, more creatures to fight, extra biomes to explore, and there may be adjustments to farm cleansing mechanics and combat abilities.”

“In the Early Access release of our game, we will have implemented core mechanics that include farm cleanse, shapeshifting, and combat. We also offer an online co-op multiplayer mode, enabling players to interact and work together. Important NPCs and factions are in place to enrich the game's narrative. Additionally, we have integrated crafting and gathering systems, allowing players to create and collect various items within the game. This version provides a solid foundation on which we intend to refine, and expand based on player feedback.”

“We are planning to have a reduced price in early access and the final game will be at a higher price to reflect the increased quality and increased playtime offered in the final product compared to the EA.”

Eydigard immerses you in a compelling RPG set in a fjord of Northern Norway during the late 15th and early 16th centuries. A relentless plague has swept the region, leaving once-flourishing farmlands desolate, and allowing ominous creatures such as trolls and vettirs to reclaim the land. This chaos has sparked tensions between the few remaining clans and settlements, each seeking power and control over the fjord.

Amidst this disorder, the fjord draws many adventurers and mercenaries, among whom you play as a mysterious shapeshifter. Tasked with navigating the intricate politics of the rival clans and combating the invading forces of folklore, you strive to reclaim and cleanse the lost lands.

Plague Cleansing: Players are tasked with cleansing and restoring farmsteads affected by a devastating plague. Each farm offers distinct challenges and rewards. How you handle the plague's impact can affect your standing with the clans, the game's economy, and the overall state of Eydigard.
