The villain is supported by his faithful henchmen: the Daring Feminist and the enchanted Serpent Ronald Trump! The great hero Medved Hellraiser again takes his fiery ax (the ax of St. Pigidius) and goes to administer justice! Continuation of the carbon monoxide trash shooter. The player has to go through four levels, burning enemies with a fire ax, and shooting them with a shotgun and grenade musket.
