The game is a single-player combat roguelike in which you play the role of a doctor who chooses various medical records to treat, and then controls various human immune guards, equipped with a variety of core weapons to enter various areas of the human body to fight against a variety of pathogens. Along the way, the player gains a variety of abilities to improve or enhance their stats by leveling up or unlocking items to kill germs. Each core weapon comes with its own core burst skill, which can be used to strengthen the core weapon or unleash the final skill. Finally, complete the target medical treatment by eliminating enemy soldiers and enemy bosses. In addition, the game has an additional escape mode, which requires you to climb up the ladder, as you face pathogens in the past chart, overcome them, and reach the top level to complete the level.



Gameplay introduction

1. Select a guard and enter the game with up to 3 different core weapons.

2. In the game, attack enemies by pointing and shooting. Each core weapon has different attack methods and effects. Each core has an energy tank, which is charged by hitting the pathogen enemy with the core weapon. When the energy tank is full, it can be released to use the final skill form of the current core. The final skill form of each core weapon is different.

3. After killing the enemy, the character will gain experience points. After leveling up, the player will get a chance to draw a card and select the corresponding card to get different effects, so as to help the player get different game experience.

4. After killing enemies in the game, you will have the chance to drop various items, pick up items or unlock items to help players finish the game

5. The Escape mode requires players to unlock a certain number of medical records. When players play escape to heaven, they need to constantly defeat the enemy in the current area, and then climb upward, reach the top level to defeat the Boss, and unlock the corresponding reward.
