“Orbit Express started out as an entry for the 53rd Ludum Dare Jam, and we loved it so much that we continued its development. With the primary gameplay mechanics and lore in place, we decided to invite players to explore the world of Orbit Express, and use feedback from the community to finetune the next phase in our development.”

“We strive to deliver the full version of the game to players within 6-12 months. However, we are committed to making sure it measures up to the highest standards, and may extend the Early Access period if necessary.”

计划中的完整版本和抢先体验版本到底有多少不同？

“In the full version, we are planning to add several more layers of difficulty to the procedurally generated world, such as alien crafts, pirate motherships, space debris, miniature black holes (with not so miniature gravitational fields) and mysterious space anomalies. There will also be more Über Planets to test your skill against, an “Endless Delivery Run” game mode, and Steam achievements. The Orbit Express Hangar will be populated with a large variety of amazing new crafts to unlock, and the Upgrade Bay will be expanded to feature 10 skill tiers.”

“The current Early Access version is stable, well rounded, and in our admittedly biased opinion, very fun to play. Despite the relatively limited amount of content, the procedural world generation system keeps each run feeling fresh. The game’s soundtrack is fully produced, and includes 7 original tracks of stylish, retro synth music.”

在抢先体验期间和结束之后，游戏价格会有所不同吗？

“The price will increase after the Early Access phase, as we continue to work to deliver more content and features to the game.”
