「Demon Loop transfers the charm of a board game to video games. Consisting of a combination of different genres, we want to create an entirely new gaming experience. At the same time, we will listen to the feedback and wishes of the community to get the best out of Demon Loop. Early Access is a great way to involve players in this process.」

「The full version of Demon Loop will be expanded with already planned features. In addition, wishes and feedback from the community will be taken into account and also incorporated into the full version.」

「In terms of content, Demon Loop will comprise approximately the first third of the campaign in Early Access. It offers all the features described on the Steam page.」

Demon Loop is a unique blend of board and video game from the pen of internationally renowned board game author Alexander Pfister, known for Great Western Trail, Maracaibo, Isle of Skye, Port Royal and more! Wield an increasing deck of cards to master strategy across each unique loop. Build and repair structures, rally villagers to your side and improve your own skills to overcome the demons running wild across the land. Unlock new items, skills and cards on your quest to beat the loop!


  • Build and Grow: Improve and personalize your Loop by building and repairing structures like taverns, barracks and mines. But be careful, some demons may pass your way! Hire villagers to fight these dark creatures in front of you - some of the village people might be inspired by your brave acts and may even want to join you permanently.

  • Master your Deck: Every location has its own unique starting deck of cards. Choose wisely what cards to add from your own personal collection, and which ones to buy along the way. Create your strongest possible deck and become feared among the population of demons as the Demon Hunter Master.

  • Unravel a Mystery: Move through a vast fantasy world and discover new, mysterious locations. What do the crystal shards do? Where do the demons come from? What is their goal? Speak to villagers to get answers to your questions and unravel the mystery behind the Demon Loop.

  • Improve your Skills: Strike down demons and beat the Loop to recover loot and earn shards to improve your talents. Take part in weekly and monthly challenges and make it to the high score list!

  • Characters: Meet your teacher, who is bringing you closer to your new destiny as Demon Hunter, always there to help you reach your personal goals and fulfill your given quests. Fight against the fearful demons and destroy them while getting to know the villagers and their stories.

  • Master your Mind: Use your powerful cards to bring back peace and harmony to the villages. Enjoy your Loop while thinking one, two or maybe even three steps forward to battle not only the demons but also your mind. Take a risk and see what will happen! Are you ready to find out what you are capable of doing?
