Decisions are made based on real obstacles that arise in the process of building top-tier applications that you use every day.

You take on the role of a engineering manager in a leading software corporation, akin to Google, Facebook, or Apple. You're responsible for envisioning, designing, coding, and supporting new features for a demanding userbase. You work alongside other managers and teams. Every individual in the organization has unique values and visions, and you must find a way to work effectively with them.
