Varför Early Access?

“The game is an indie game that, while being a fully-fledged game, still has for sure many small bugs, despite several testers having each invested and enjoyed more than 10 hours of gameplay. The early access is intended to provide the game to a larger test group and systems at a reduced price, and we welcome feedback. The development budget has been limited so far, which is why the focus has been on gameplay, with purchased assets being used, and some animations still missing that would aesthetically enhance the game. The testing phase is also intended to determine which aesthetic improvements or features are important to players.”

Ungefär hur länge kommer det här spelet att vara i Early Access?

“The duration of the early access primarily depends on the number of players testing this game. If it can be ensured that the game works flawlessly on most systems and players are satisfied with the content, the early access status will be left behind. The goal at the moment is the end of 2023.”

“The full version should primarily be the most flawless version possible. In addition, we plan to revise the balancing, add new offerings for weapon upgrades and abilities to the mission shop, and we try to adapt game modes to the needs of the players. Depending on the players' wishes, if there is a budget available, we think of improving the game aesthetics. This all will depend on the success and feedback collected during the early access.”

Hur är det nuvarande läget i versionen med Early Access?

“Zombiepede is a fully immersive gaming experience that provides more than 10 hours of gameplay and includes both cooperative missions and a versus mode. It supports 1-4 players in local multiplayer mode with controllers. Technical errors and balancing issues may occur.”

Kommer spelet att prissättas annorlunda under och efter Early Access?

“Expectedly, the price will increase after the official release as the Early Access testers are unlikely to experience the game in its best form. We appreciate their feedback and engagement and want to offer a discount for their support.”

Hur planerar ni att involvera gemenskapen i er utvecklingsprocess?

“Feedback from the community on the Discord server or the Steam forum is of great value. Technical issues, balancing problems, errors, feature requests, or other dissatisfaction with the game are important. Of course, we are also open to compliments that motivate us to give our all for the game.”
