Varför Early Access?

“My goals as a developer are to continually improve upon and expand on the game as it grows in its maturity. Early access will allow me the opportunity to more efficiently take in consumer feedback and implement in future iterations of the game.”

Ungefär hur länge kommer det här spelet att vara i Early Access?

“Less than a year. 6 - 8 months at the most.”

Hur är det tänkt att den fullständiga versionen ska skilja sig från versionen i Early Access?

“The early access version of the game will come premade with 2 levels. As the early access progresses, I plan on releasing 2 levels at a time on major update dates which will not only provide more playable content but will also expand on the story line of the game. The final version of the game is planned to contain 10 episodes as well as a teaser content for a future game.”

Hur är det nuvarande läget i versionen med Early Access?

“The early access version of the game will come with 2 levels ready to play and complete. The game will also come with the availability to play with friends in the "Escape with Friends" section of the game.”

Kommer spelet att prissättas annorlunda under och efter Early Access?

“Prices will not change from early access to full release. If you buy the game in early access, you will gain all future content for free through updates.”

Hur planerar ni att involvera gemenskapen i er utvecklingsprocess?

“I plan on creating a discord channel for the game where community members can come and voice their opinions on the game as well as find new friends to play the game with.”

You were so excited to get the email from the Hiring Manager from Permtech Escape Rooms, the leading developer of escape rooms across the US. They are very selective on who they decide to invite to their team. But nonetheless, you got the email, you got the job, and now all you have to do is impress the boss.

Except the boss is nowhere to be found.

And you are trapped inside.

Somebody seems to be playing a very elaborate prank on you and the other new hires or something has gone terribly, terribly wrong. It is up to you to get out safely and to figure out what is going on inside that building. I hope you're up for the task because one thing is clear, you're going to be here for a long time.

Escape the Office is a single and multiplayer experience where you and your friends will find yourselves trying to get out of several daunting situations. The initial Early Access version of the game will come with 2 levels of varying difficulty and content. The future updates of Escape the Office will give you several escape room situations that are very unlike the others.

You can play with up to four friends in this quasi escape/horror room experience. Can you escape all of the rooms and prove to Permtech that you deserve to be amongst the best?
