Romance Club contains occasional references to alcoholism, self harm, and suicidal tendencies. These topics usually involve only minor characters. One story follows a heroine with a traumatic past who overcomes an addiction to illegal drugs. Her story includes depictions of attempted sexual coercion occurring in the past, some of which can be bypassed by choice. Some stories include violent or sexual content. Sensitive topics are, as much as possible, approached in ways to make them suitable for the public aged 16+. All the events in the novels are fiction, and Romance Club doesn't condone using drugs and advises readers to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
