What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“I decided to launch SystemCrash92 in early access because as a solo developer and not working full-time on the project, I believe the best way to build an exciting and satisfying survival game is through collaboration with the community. Players are a crucial part of creating a great game, and I want them to help me identify areas that need improvement, as well as provide ideas and suggestions so that I can build a more complete and satisfying game. I think early access is the best way to achieve this, working hand-in-hand with the community to create a game that is truly impressive and thrilling to play.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“While I can't say for certain how long SystemCrash92 will remain in early access, my current plan is to have it available in this stage for approximately one year. However, this timeline may change based on the feedback and input I receive from the community during the development process. My ultimate goal is to create the best game possible, and I'm willing to take the time needed to achieve that. I will provide regular updates and communication with the community throughout the early access period to keep everyone informed of the progress being made.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version of SystemCrash92 will have much more content than the early access version. I plan to create new maps, enemies, bosses, avatars, and more. I also plan to add new features and improvements based on community feedback and suggestions.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current state of the early access version is very promising. The core loop of the game has been successfully implemented, including a variety of enemies, bosses, avatars, upgrades, items, skills, and achievements. Players can already enjoy an entertaining and playable version of the game, and we are constantly working to refine and expand it based on user feedback. We are confident that with the help of the community, we can take the game to the next level and make it an even more exciting and immersive experience.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“For now, the plan is to keep the price at a very reasonable level throughout the early access period. However, as we continue to add more content and polish the game, we may need to adjust the price accordingly. Rest assured that we will always be transparent about any changes to the pricing structure and will provide plenty of advance notice to our community. Our ultimate goal is to provide players with a high-quality and enjoyable gaming experience at a fair and reasonable price.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“I plan to involve the community in the development process through Discord, reviews on the platform where the game is sold, email, and online forums. These will be channels for players to share their feedback, suggestions, and report any issues they encounter while playing the early access version.”

⚙️ ABOUT THIS GAME

🩸 HOW FAR CAN YOU GET BEFORE THE CRASH?

SYSTEMCRASH92 blends 3D side-scroller action and turn-based combat in a survival experience focused on crafting, strategy, and progression.
Face endless waves of enemies, gather minerals and gold, craft weapons and metal allies, and survive as long as you can.

🔩 3D SURVIVAL RUNS

Each run begins in a 3D side-scrolling arena.
Defeat enemies, collect minerals and gold, buy power-ups with gold during the run, and gain experience to level up, unlock new abilities, and access new maps.
Every 5 minutes, a boss portal becomes available; if 4 minutes pass without activating it, the Final Swarm will appear.

🤖 METAL ALLIES AND CRAFTING

Use minerals to craft metal allies (units that fight alongside you in real time) and weapons for your run setup.
You can also capture enemies in turn-based battles and use them directly as allies in survival mode.
Combine different types of weapons and allies to create more effective strategies.

🔁 TURN-BASED BATTLES

In the lobby, all NPCs before the survival portals can be challenged in turn-based battles.
Defeat them to capture enemies and add them to your list of summonable allies during 3D side-scroller runs.
