Seek out history’s greatest mysteries, wonders and dangers, and test yourself in thrilling combat. Set up and equip your squad, each character with their own abilities that will help you fight, traverse and explore. Choose whether to fight by stealth, ingenuity or brute force with a vast array of unique character and abilities. Fight with your favourite raiders to upgrade them and unlock hidden potential. Test your might and wits against the unfathomable complexities and horrors of the universe, and the machinations of 4th dimensional beings.

Not all is well with the multiverse. Time has been tampered with and history rewritten. In Time Raiders, the multiverse is your hunting ground, featuring alternate histories starting with a Nazi conquest of the United Kingdom. Battles will rage across the Cretaceous Period, through far flung alien invasions, and immeasurable distance into humanity’s future. Control and command your small band of raiders against the odds to learn deep secrets at the heart of the universe, and time itself.

Dive Into the Action

Blast into satisfying arcade-like isometric ARPG combat, using guns, grenades, lightning rifles and anything else at your disposal to take out your enemies. Enjoy the fun of taking a high-tech weapon into ancient times and mowing down an army. Experience the thrill of taking down a gigantic primordial monstrosity with a pistol. Go solo, team op with friends, or be the commander of a squad of AI controlled Raiders, each with its own abilities and personality, along with an intuitive command system at your disposal. Each companion has a story arc with quests to undertake and a narrative to unfold. A war beyond any time-bound being’s comprehension is being waged, and players must explore history, future, character arcs and deep lore to unravel the mysteries of Time Raiders. Unravel a dynamic lore where morality isn’t obvious, truth isn’t easily ascertained and tough decisions must be made as players choose a side and face their ultimate enemy.

Choose Your Playstyle

Meet and recruit many raiders with different personalities, stories and abilities. These range from new combat options at your disposal to new ways to traverse the landscape, leading to new treasures to uncover, people to meet and quests to undertake. Each time period and map has hidden depths to explore by returning, experimenting, following clues and even taking on that giant monster you could never face before making friends with a guy with a lightning cannon for an arm!
Choose your characters and loadout to suit your own playstyle, be it a team of stealthy rogues, a battalion of warriors, engineers, wielders of far future technology or any combination. Choose your team and arsenal for the situation and dive into combat, facing enemy units from a multitude of histories and possible futures, culminating in boss battles where players will have to use their wits as well as their skills to survive through each boss’ unique set of phases.

As you progress through Time Raiders, you’ll find many possibilities to explore, diving deeper into a single timeline, or taking on one of the many new paths or portals that have been opened to you in non-linear progression from one time to the next. Time Raiders is a run and gun, 3D top down shoot'em-up set in alternative histories and futures. Some of the subject matter is somewhat mature, for example the 1st Era is set in 1942 Nazi occupied London where the first scene opens up with some enemy soldiers admiring a nude painting of Churchill (a very tasteful one of course). In this moment a time travel flux gate opens in an explosion what obliterates the soldiers. There are some cut-scenes of torture and minor body-horror but much of this is handled in a comicbook style.
