Former assassin and revolutionary Rina Seiko is living a peaceful life as a Genji with her girlfriend Aya Hisagawa when she receives a strange letter bearing the royal seal.

The incumbent Fox Empress, under strain from the new Minister of Defence, calls upon Rina's services to retrieve an important item called the Skystone Codex, an ancient tome that holds the secrets to the skies. But her true reason for summoning the former hitokiri runs much deeper.

Powerful foes from fifteen years past seek the dangerous mysteries stored within this tome. The Staten Union, responsible for a terrible civil war that almost tore Kurozaki apart, is back in its airspace, hellbent on revenge. The power hungry Minister of Defence Yuichi Ono uses his own son Jigen as a pawn, citing him as a means to an end. And the supremely arrogant self-styled "Radiant Blademaster" Eisen Rast is obsessed with defeating the skies' strongest.

Can Rina and her friends avoid getting roped into a political conspiracy, one that stretches back 25,000 years? Can Rina avoid tapping into her dangerous "White Demon" persona?

Veiled Skies is a "cloudpunk" jRPG that serves as a cornerstone for the Kuroverse, a series of games set in a vast world covering three skydoms. Takes heavy inspiration from Granblue Fantasy.



Using a combat system similar to Bravely Default, use your turns immediately to claim instant victory or save them up to plan a more defensive strategy! Combine skills and even items to unleash even more powerful abilities that will overwhelm your foes! Rack up those combo counts to deal crazy amounts of damage!
